- Shall be chaired by the Women’s Caucus Chair ex-officio
- Be responsible for ensuring that Women are fairly represented and addressing women’s issues within the WND.
- Shall liaison with the USC WIN and other organizations where necessary.
- Will hold meetings at the discretion of the chair in consultation with caucus members.
